Welcome to Champions Afterschool All-Stars! You are joining a team of dedicated professionals committed to transforming the lives of students in Title I schools across Georgia.
As a member of our team, you play a vital role in closing academic gaps and building whole-child confidence. We believe in the power of culturally relevant tutoring, enriching arts programs, and family-centered support.

Your Onboarding Roadmap
Follow these six steps to complete your onboarding and get cleared for your assigned school site.
Application & Background Check
Submit your employment application and complete the required background check clearance.
CPR / First Aid Certification
Verify your CPR/First Aid certification. If not current, you'll be scheduled for training.
Orientation Video & ProSolutions
Complete the welcome orientation video and create your ProSolutions account with passcode 11Welcome!
Brightwheel Setup
Download the Brightwheel app, enable notifications, and learn clock-in/clock-out procedures.
Sign Employment Documents
Sign your seasonal employment contract, application accuracy acknowledgment, and training commitment.
Site Orientation & Clearance
Receive site-specific onboarding including badge procedures, school expectations, and daily schedule.
