Brightwheel Enrollment Instructions
Important — Read First
Start Dates: New scholars may begin only on Mondays. Must have a completed enrollment by Thursday to begin the following Monday.
Payments: For afterschoolers, all weekly payments must be made by each Friday to secure your child's spot for the upcoming week.
Registration Fee: A one-time registration fee is automatically added to each initial account.
Champions uses the Brightwheel app for enrollment, communication, and billing.
All payments must be made through Brightwheel, as onsite payments are not accepted.
Please make sure to download the Brightwheel app to complete your registration and stay connected.
To Enroll
Create an Account
Click the appropriate link below and select "Don't Have an Account?" to set up your Brightwheel profile.
Select Role
Choose "Parent" when prompted to ensure you receive the right access.
Add Your Child(ren)
Enter your student's information to complete the enrollment process.
Call Our Office
Once your enrollment is complete, call us at 770-275-1996 or 404-795-2694 to confirm.
Click on Your Program to Enroll
Select the program you'd like to enroll your child in. You'll be taken to Brightwheel to complete your registration.
